The Cognitive Pedagogy is a section of the Pedagogy that study the mental processes ( learning, problem solving, memory, attention, emotion, language) necessary to transform, process register the information from our cognitive system.
The behavior is the way a person react when is put in relation with other person, situation, or environment. The behavior can be conscious or unconscious, voluntary or involuntary.
The Gordon Training International developed the “ approach centered on the person”, a training model based on the theories of Thomas Gordon – The am of this model was to increase and improve the sensibility, the personal skills and the communication abilities.
The body communication (through the gesture and the facial mimic) rapresents 90% of an interesting conversation. Observing the other person gesture, will let you understand the secret message sent by the non-verbal communication.
Massimo Luciano Sidoti introduces in the approach centered on the person a training model based on the remodeling of the gestures.
This means that during a conversation it is important, not only understanding the empathic communication through the gesture, but also remodeling your body in front of your interlocutor.
Knowing how to decode the empathic communication of the body let you understand peoples, minds, but if you remodel you shape, imitating the gestures, movements and facial mimic of your interlocutor you will be able to send messages with your body that will increase your communicative effectiveness.
“Remodeling” means Imitate the other people movements, harmonizing your gestures with the ones of your interlocutor wrhout letting him notice.
Learning how to remodel your body during a conversation with your interlocutor body will establish an effective feedback that will keep harmony in the conversation and will help you to guide the other person body to a more open behavior.
